Sara has been working in the social services in Sweden for 25 years, and as Head of Department in the city of Malmö since 2014. Currently, she is Head of the Departments of Financial Aid and Labour Market, focusing on finding ways for the city to work together more efficiently to fight poverty and to help people to support themselves and contribute to society.
