Abdelmahfoud Lamchachty Laamarti is a social worker for the City Council of Madrid. He currently holds the position of Technical Advisor for the Directorate General of Social Services and Disability Care. He has participated in the design of the INFOSIA application, as well as in the design of the Information and Reception Service that has been implemented by the City Council of Madrid. He holds a degree in Social Work from the Complutense University of Madrid.  He also has a Law Degree from the University of Alcalá and is an expert in local and electronic administration.
