Ana Milián is passionate about digital transformation projects, process simplification, continuous improvement and agile methodologies.
She is a telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in the ICT sector. She spent the early years of her career in consulting, participating in process simplification and e-administration projects for the public sector.
For the past 15 years, she has worked at Barcelona City Council, focusing on project management and the continuous improvement of services.
She currently leads the Digital Transformation Department at the Municipal Institute of Social Services, Barcelona City Council, viewing this stage as both a great opportunity and a challenge, using technology as a lever for organisational and process transformation to provide better service to those who need it most in the city.
