Biography

Cami Motorca is a clinical psychologist and family therapist with over a decade of experience in psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and research. She integrates innovative therapeutic tools such as virtual reality, neurofeedback with Muse technology, and artificial intelligence to enhance psychological interventions. Currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, her research focuses on the intersection of technology and psychotherapy, particularly in supporting vulnerable populations.

Cami has collaborated with social service institutions, including DGASPC Arad, where she implements virtual reality in psychotherapy, demonstrating significant success in emotional regulation and trauma recovery. She also mentors psychology students in clinical practice, offering them hands-on experience in integrating technology with evidence-based therapy. Her work reflects a commitment to human-centred innovation, bridging the gap between traditional therapeutic approaches and modern advancements in mental health care.
