Eduardo has degrees in Sociology (2000) and in Communication (2002). He has complemented his studies with a university expert qualification in leadership and team management (2008) and a postgraduate degree in excellence in project management (2015).

After more than 15 years in research and consultancy, since 2016 he has been responsible for Social Consultancy and European Projects in the Bogan group of social initiative cooperatives, which manages social services in the regions of the Basque Country and Navarra, in Spain, and with more than 1,000 professionals serves more than 40,000 people annually.
Among his tasks is to participate in teams working on social innovation projects. Within this framework, he has been part, since its inception, of the task force that has designed, piloted and evaluated the Auzosare model in the Basque Country and Navarra before its transfer to the Catalunya region.
