Emmy is passionate about change and digital inclusion, dedicating the past few years to impactful projects. With experience in both the public and social sectors, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges posed by digital transformation. As a project lead in change management at the City of Antwerp, she collaborates with social workers to help them navigate rapid digital developments in their field.

During her two years at Digipolis, the IT partner of the City of Antwerp, Emmy focused on digital inclusion, working with a diverse range of groups—from individuals struggling with technology to city employees. She recognises the critical role of digital accessibility in modern society. Her strength lies in connecting people, technology, and strategy to achieve tangible results.

Emmy’s approach is centred on listening to stakeholders and fostering buy-in for change. She believes that true impact happens through collaboration and the power of inclusion.
