Farid Mammadov is an expert in project and process management with extensive experience working on international projects in countries such as Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Since December 2018, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency.

He has been a member of the ESN Council since March 2021, joined the ESN Board of Trustees in December 2023, and, as of May 2024, serves as the Vice-President of the ISSA Technical Commission for Policy Analyses and Research on Social Activity.

Since 2019, he has successfully fulfilled his duties as Chairman of the Monitoring Commission overseeing the implementation of state monitoring in the field of the rights of persons with disabilities.
