Where and when is the conference taking place?
What are the fees for attending the conference?
Your conference attendance fee depends on what type of organisation you represent, if you are a member of ESN and where your organisation is located. You can see the full overview of fees here.
When will registration for parallel sessions and side events open?
Registration for parallel sessions and side events is open since March 2025. You are able to register your choice for the parallel sessions through the Online Event Networking Platform. If you need help on how to access or navigate the Event Networking platform, please find more information here.
How can I Network with other delegates?
Before the Conference:
You can connect with other delegates before the conference through our Online Event Networking Platform.
If you agreed to share your contact details with other delegates through the Permissions Section of the registration form, your user profile will be visible to other participants in this space.
You can always hide your profile by updating your registration details in the Events tab. Simply select ‘edit my submission’ and changing your agreement to this permission in the form.
During the Conference:
During the conference, you will be able to use the ESN App to write to other conference attendees directly.
