Hanna is a social worker specialising in information management. She has been leading the development of social care documentation in Finland for more than a decade. Hanna’s

professional interests include the change in documentation of client work, strengthening the knowledge base of social care through documentation, training in documentation, and the development of support for deployments. As the development manager of social care documentation at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, she is responsible for the national support for structured documentation, which plays a key role in the deployment of the Kanta Services by social welfare organisations.
