Innovation Zone presentation: Skills-Based Labour Market Mobility, by SkillLab.io

Identifying peoples’ unique skills for better support in navigating the labour market and finding relevant jobs and education opportunities has emerged as a promising way for solving labour market mobility challenges. Beneficiaries of this approach include for instance people who have fled Ukraine, who learn the value of their past experiences for the labour market in their new communities. They additionally benefit from insights into how potential new work experience adds value for a possible return. SkillLab will showcase how access to jobs was improved in its projects in European municipalities and with the Ukrainian State Employment Service.
