Jakob Bigum Lundberg is the Managing Director of Health and Senior Citizens in Næstved Municipality and the Chairman of the association Executives of Danish local government welfare services. He has served as Director in Stevns Municipality, Head of Center in Greve Municipality, and Chief Financial Officer and HR Manager at Local Government Denmark (KL). Additionally, he has been the Head of Office at Local Government Denmark’s EU office in Brussels, Belgium. With many years of experience in municipal leadership, Jakob is a central figure in the development of welfare policies in Denmark, working to ensure that policies and practices are based on real experiences and needs.
