Jakob is a healthcare innovator at Mintus, Rudderstove, Ons Huis, and De Blauwe Lelie—four care organisations of the City of Bruges. He supports these organisations in introducing innovative solutions to tackle major challenges in healthcare. With a master’s degree in psychology, various additional trainings, and over 10 years of experience in municipal services and healthcare organisations, Jakob brings expertise—but above all, a deep passion for complex problems and new ideas.

One of those ideas is leveraging healthcare technology to improve living, working, and care quality in a landscape of ageing populations, increasing care complexity, and staff shortages.
