Jan has over 20 years of experience in project management. With his passion for digitalisation and change he has contributed to many transitions in retail, banking and elderly care. In his current role he drives projects for the City of Antwerp, Belgium, within the department of social welfare. Throughout his projects Jan has demonstrated a solution-oriented mindset with excellent analytical skills and a focus on human centric design. Currently he and his project team are building a solution to automate the detection of social rights.
