Jessica has been an associate partner at EY since 2019, leading teams working in the social services and health sectors.

She started her own company in 2009, and for 10 years she co-managed a consulting firm specialising in the health and social service sector for the public sector.

Jessica is Franco-German, graduating from Sciences-Po Paris with a master’s degree in political sociology. She is also very involved in European issues.

Jessica contributes to improving the efficiency of social services, supporting better outcomes for the most vulnerable people.

For many years, Jessica has also been involved with NGOs committed to European issues as well as self-help networks for business leaders or networks aiming to promote the reconciliation of women’s personal and professional lives.
