Jo is a user-centred designer with over 15 years’ experience in local government. Jo is passionately committed to understanding user needs and experiences to gain feedback and insight to design, commission and transform services.
Jo is an advocate of working directly with children and young people with lived experience of social care to learn from their experiences and improve services alongside them.
Jo has won a National Crimebeat Award for her work with young people with lived experience and transforming the services that support children and young people.
