Madeline Nightingale is a Research Leader in the Education, Employment and Skills team at RAND Europe, specialising in employment and welfare policy. Recent projects include an evidence review on the digitalisation of welfare services commissioned by the UK Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and a review of evidence on the impact of emerging technologies on occupational safety and health conducted for the Lloyd’s Register Foundation. Madeline holds a DPhil (PhD) in Social Policy and an MSc in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford.
