Biography
Marina holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and a Master’s degree in Social Policy, Work and Welfare.
She has experience as a social researcher specialising in public administration and local policies, and has worked as an internationalisation officer for a university network, strengthening the commitment of universities to the social sector.
At the iSocial Foundation, she coordinates the Training and Research Area, designing and overseeing training programmes for social services professionals, with a particular focus on digital transformation and emerging technologies. She promotes social innovation by identifying and disseminating best practices and applying them locally through multi-stakeholder collaboration projects. Additionally, she coordinates Innolabs, collaborative spaces for knowledge exchange and co-creation, fostering dialogue on key challenges in social services and exploring innovative solutions to enhance the sector’s efficiency and impact.
