Since February 2023, Mette Lybech has served as Programme Director for Relational Welfare, overseeing the implementation of relational welfare initiatives across all divisions within the Department of Children, Families, and Communities. Prior to this, Mette spent six years as Head of Organisation and Development in Family Services. Earlier in her career, Mette worked as a social worker, where she played a key role in advancing the organisation’s shift toward relational welfare, initially in Family Services and eventually expanding this approach throughout the organisation.
