Morning Activity - Yoga

Energise your day with a yoga session. With a mindful approach to your whole body, you will be guided through relaxing, restorative, and strengthening exercises. There will be yoga mats for all attendees. 

  • Duration: 45 minutes 
  • Location: The City Hall Park 
  • Maximum number of participants: 100
