Networking Dinner

The ESSC 2025 Networking Dinner will take place at Aarhus International Sailing Centre, which offers you an exclusive experience by the sea with a stunning view of Aarhus Bay.
This venue is approx. 2 km away from the Musikhuset. We offer you the following options to get there:
- By guided walking tour: During this 45-minute walk, we will guide you past some of Aarhus’ iconic buildings. This walk will be leaving at 18.45 from the Musikhuset.
- By bus: Pick-up point at Musikhuset at 18.30 or 19.00.
- On your own. If you would like to arrange your own transport and/or are staying close to the Aarhus International Sailing Centre.
A welcome reception will take place from 19.30 and the first course will be served at 20.00. Buses will collect guests at 22.30.

Access: Only delegates registered to the Networking Dinner will be able to attend. Registered delegates must bring their conference badge for check in to the event. Otherwise, they will not be able to access the venue.
