Silvia has a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has been a lawyer for the Madrid City Council since 2006. She has held various positions in Madrid City Council throughout her professional career. Among them:

Third Deputy Mayor between 2019 and 2023 in Madrid City Council.

Councillor Delegate of the Area of Territorial Coordination, Transparency, Citizen Participation and Attention to Citizenship in the City Council of Madrid.

Secretary of the Governing Board and President of the Preparatory Commission of the Governing Board of Madrid City Council.

President of the Ordinary Permanent Commission of the Plenary of Urban Development and Works and Equipment’s of the City Council of Madrid.

She has also authored several articles on public procurement in the journal “El Consultor”. She is currently the General Director of the Elderly and Prevention of Unwanted Loneliness in Madrid City Council.
