Jonas Lutz coordinates the project ‘Digital Streetwork’ at the Bavarian Youth Council (BJR), a pilot project that transfers the idea of analogue streetwork to the online world. Specialized social workers, so called ‘digital streetworkers’, reach out to young people on social media and online games and offer them confidential and anonymous counselling and low barrier access to youth (welfare) services. Before working for the Bavarian Youth Council, Jonas Lutz (B.A. Social Work, B.A. Media Management) worked for the JFF – Institute for Media Research and Media Education.
