She excels in managing and coordinating large-scale projects with a focus on sustainable and innovative economic development. Her strategic vision and dynamic approach have consistently driven transformative initiatives across various regions and sectors.

She oversees the entire lifecycle of projects funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), ensuring economic traceability, preparing public tenders, and fostering inter-departmental relationships to secure funding. Her expertise extends to identifying and leveraging additional European funding opportunities to enhance ICT strategies and programmes.

In addition, she is an expert for the SOCIEUX+ program, where she provides technical assistance to third countries in designing and implementing public policies related to social protection, labour, and employment.
