Zorana holds a master’s degree in social work from the Social Work Study Centre at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, and in 2016 she completed her postgraduate studies at the Catholic Faculty of Theology in Zagreb, earning the academic title of University Specialist in Management of Non-Profit Organisations and Social Advocacy.

Since 2002, she has worked for the City Administration of the City of Zagreb and has held management positions for the past ten years.

Her work includes planning and implementing projects financed by European Union and national funds, with the aim of providing social services primarily to socially vulnerable and excluded individuals. She has coordinated projects submitted to various EU calls and tenders. 

In addition to project preparation and implementation, her work also involves co-creating the Social Policy of the City of Zagreb, which ranks highly among cities with a modern and proactive approach to combating poverty.
