Carsten Wulff Hansen has worked within the field of social service in Denmark since 1992. Since 2021 he has been the Vice Director of Social Services in Central Denmark Region. He has a broad knowledge of social services and healthcare, and he has many years of experience with management at various levels in several municipalities and in the regional field of Denmark. He has close cooperations with user-related organisations and has also been involved in several cross-cutting initiatives in the health field. Carsten has been responsible for the management of the projects “Your Voice Matters” and “My life – My plan”, which are about involving residents of social care facilities in developing social services. In addition, he has given presentations at ESN conferences and participated in ESN workshops since 2013.
