Kathleen Wabrowetz leads the Department for European and International Affairs at the German Association for Public and Private Welfare. In her role, she is responsible for the organisation’s international engagements and leads European advocacy activities with a focus on social policy. Through her work for civil society organizations in England and Germany, she has extensive experience in social services. Working a for European network in Brussels representing social services providers from all EU member states, she also has a background in EU policy-making.
