Antero Lehmuskoski works as a senior specialist at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, responsible for national level business modelling in the Finnish social welfare domain.

Antero began his career in information management in 2001 and has been involved in governmental development programmes in social services information management since 2005. Prior to his career in IM, he worked as a child protection professional for more than ten years.

Antero is specialized in terminologies, classifications, business processes and data modelling in the social welfare domain. He sees client documenting as a vital part of social work. It builds understanding of client needs for both the professionals and the clients in question. Antero promotes the usability of client documents by improving their availability and consistency at a national level.

Antero is one of the architects of National Information Technology Services for Welfare and Health in Finland. He is also involved in developing the Finnish legislation to improve the management of client information.
